Abstract

Traditional markets are a significant site for community economic activities, especially in Indonesia. One notable traditional market is Pasar Subuh Kandangan. Traders at this market face various challenges in increasing sales, necessitating effective marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by traders at Pasar Subuh Kandangan to boost sales. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that traders at Pasar Subuh Kandangan implement several marketing strategies, including competitive pricing, utilizing social media for promotion, and enhancing product and service quality. These strategies have proven effective in increasing sales and improving the competitiveness of traders in the traditional market.
