Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategies implemented by Bebek Goreng Kalijo Kandangan to increase sales revenue. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that the marketing mix strategies applied by Bebek Goreng Kalijo Kandangan include product, price, distribution, and promotion strategies. The product strategy focuses on consistent quality and taste, while the pricing strategy is adjusted according to market share and consumer purchasing power. The distribution strategy utilizes both direct and online sales channels, and the promotion strategy employs various digital media and word of mouth. The integrated implementation of the marketing mix strategies has contributed to the increase in sales revenue for Bebek Goreng Kalijo Kandangan.
