This abstract discusses the impact of the paylater payment system on Shopee on consumer purchasing decisions from an Islamic perspective. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the paylater payment system on Shopee influences consumer purchasing decisions and how this phenomenon is viewed from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that the paylater payment system on Shopee has a positive impact on consumer purchasing decisions, but there are several aspects from an Islamic perspective that need to be considered regarding the practice of paylater.
