Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed the retail business landscape, including the Islamic retail sector. This study aims to analyze the financial performance and business ethics practices of Islamic retail companies in the digital era. The research method used is a case study of several leading Islamic retail companies. Data were collected through financial report analysis, interviews, and observations. The findings indicate that Islamic retail companies that are adaptive to digital transformation exhibit better financial performance and implement business ethics principles aligned with Shariah values. The implication of this research is the importance for Islamic retail companies to continuously innovate and adapt to digital technology developments, as well as to strengthen business ethics practices in accordance with Shariah principles.
