Abstract

Service quality is a key factor influencing customer satisfaction in the life insurance industry, particularly within the context of Islamic insurance in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in Islamic life insurance. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 300 customers from various Islamic life insurance companies. The results indicate that service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance for Islamic life insurance companies to enhance their service quality to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
